EXPERIENCE: We will train on ServiceMaster work methods and procedures,

APPEARANCE / PERSONALITY: Professional, neat, upbeat, energetic,
dependable, and a good / positive attitude, Personal appearance and uniforms
must be neat, clean and wrinkle free. Take pride in yourself and your work!
Normal working Hours: Monday thru Friday 8:00 AM – 4:30 ptM with 2
(1/4) hour breaks and T. hour for lunch. Call out policy and Emergency on call
coverage is required on a rotating basis including evenings I weekends I

JOB DESCRIPTION: (included but not limited to)
1) All services must be performed as written in the IICRC SR5O0 standard
and reference guide for professional water damage restoration. lncluding
carpet / upholstery cleaning and other related task as requested.
2) Technicians must maintain assigned vehicles and equipment in additions
to checking and re-stocking supplies as needed. Each Water technician
will be assigned a vehicle for weekly inspections. They will be responsible
to fill out a detailed report of this inspection.
3) Vehicles, equipment and supplies are loaded and checked each morning
before departure. Jobs are reviewed in the evenings when possible.

4) Time sheets, call out polices, job orders, assigned customer forms and
technical worksheets must be completed accurately on a daily basis"
5) Ability to understand the science of psychometrics (drying a structure).
6) Uniforms are worn and maintained to present a professional and neat
7) Ability to learn the Restore 365 program and grasp the art of sketching
areas or room, Must be able to be proficient on an l-pad, a basic key
board and computer experience is required.
