This spot is for a drafter designer who is proficient in Revit/AutoCad and are open to travel! The position is doing modernization projects for stores throughout the US. These are upgrades to older stores to make them look new. The projects are all commericial, mainly all retail/restaurant. The travel is roughly a few times a month or every other week. The company uses high-technology to first survey the sites, then input everything into Revit/AutoCad.
These candidates will be production style drafting the floor plans and layouts of these stores.
– Prepare elevations
– Produce architectural plans
– Use AutoCad or Revit to draft depending on the project
– Candidates will be modify existing drawings that were provided to them from field personal and surveyors
– Candidates will have to look at drawing, "clean it up" and add things that are missing
-From there, supplying the scope of work for the project. For adding furniture, ADA surveys – review surveys and make revisions on drawings for that. Elevations, coordinate demolition plan and requirements to undo whatever we need to before we rebuild.
